…is something that I find very difficult. Sure, it’s easy to talk about the technical qualities of a picture, but that’s not what interests me. What really matters to me is the emotional impact of a photograph, and I have a hard time converting what I feel into words.
This is a recent picture of mine that I really like. It’s probably one of my favorite street photos. Why do I like it so much? Well, I just do. Let’s leave it at that.

I agree with you, it’s a good one. And it’s even better, if you say so in a year. Good pictures need time to become keepers.
